Return and Refund Policy

1. Inspection Upon Delivery: Kindly inspect your parcel in the presence of the delivery person. Damaged or Incorrect Products: In the rare event you receive a defective, excess, or incorrect product, please return the item immediately to the delivery person.

2. Customer Service Assistance: Once the product is returned, our customer service team will promptly process your request, ensuring you receive the correct product without delay.

3. Complete Sets: Products that are part of a set or bundle must be returned in full, without any missing components. Immediate Reporting: Concerns must be raised while the delivery person is still present. Once the delivery is accepted without any issue, we regret that returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated.

4. Non-returnable Items: Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective, damaged, or in case of discrepancies.

5. Ineligible Returns: We do not accept returns for products with broken seals, used items, switched products, incorrect orders for skin concerns, or liquid and semi-liquid items.

6. Wrong Item Orders: If you ordered the wrong item, you may exchange it by covering the shipping fees, provided the product is in perfect condition. The exchange will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
