2. Customer Service Assistance: Once the product is returned, our customer service team will promptly process your request, ensuring you receive the correct product without delay.
3. Complete Sets: Products that are part of a set or bundle must be returned in full, without any missing components. Immediate Reporting: Concerns must be raised while the delivery person is still present. Once the delivery is accepted without any issue, we regret that returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated.
4. Non-returnable Items: Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective, damaged, or in case of discrepancies.
